How do I get paid?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive payment 48 - 72 hours upon the package delivery to the buyer. This will initially show as a credit in your account which you can then cash out.

How does shipping work?

We partner with DHL to ensure your order is delivered safely and securely. After you complete your sale, we’ll create a prepaid label so you can ship your item hassle-free. All  labels come with tracking to help provide you and the buyers peace of mind while your order is in transit.

What are the fees?

Seller fees are: 15% commission on the sold price of an item when it sells, plus a 2.9% + 30 cents payment processing fee for the entire transaction. Payment processing applies to the subtotal, tax, and shipping price paid by a buyer; it is not currently applied to any international shipping/taxes.

We welcome all types of sellers, but we prefer to work with brands and those with an established product catalog (which can consist of more than one product). However, we also love supporting new brands who are embarking on a new venture, helping them pursue their dreams by generating sales for their products and gaining recognition from thousands of users. So, whether you're an individual, a group of people, or a small/medium/large brand looking to share your ideas/products with the world, you will be accepted.
